Dear Ms.Pragya Singh,
Which are the projects on course?
Had NISG disclosed the details of the project and the financial expenditure so far?
The scam projects would be definitely on course.
NISG had gone global now. They dont want any Indian player to carry out e-procurement. I am told that the tender document created by them had excluded all Indian companies for e-procurement. I am sure monies would reach the Swiss banks in some one’s account through an account number.
What has not been on course is transparency.
What has NISG done with all its funds in the last two years?
We are entitled to know its accounting position online!
We do not know how NISG had spent its grants from UNDP.
How many bogus NGOs got the money from NISG and swindled is not known.
And we had not seen any e-governance activities in states through NISG.
e-gov training is not an activity at all. With so many people serving in NISG
with literally no practical knowledge on e-gov what can be learnt
by the IAS officers who take up their e-gov training?
And e-governance starts with process automation.
Where had it happened.
The DCA 21 is the only project. I have a serious question here.
Who had authorised this private company to handle such a huge
project running into Rs.350 crores.
How a private company can corner funds from  reputed agencies such
as UNDP and make the State  governments beg before it for
funds to implement e-gov?
Please open your eyes and ears.
It is a scam.

Regards.

Mr Kumaraswamy,
Thanks your your e-mail once again.
I wanted to know about this action you say UNDP is considering
against NISG. What kind of action is this, would you know, and
who set the ball rolling? I have been in talks with UNDP about this matter
mid-last year and they told me the projects funded by UNDP with NISG
are “on course” and that they are not aware of any wrongdoing….
Would be great if you could shed more light on this please.
regards,
Pragya Singh
